Matching Interns with Organizations
KIN facilitates the process of matching students with suitable internship positions in various organizations. This involves translating the organization's requirements into online application calls, allowing students to apply for specific positions, and then carefully matching the needs of both the students and the organizations.
Preparation Assistance
KIN assists in the preparation and implementation of the internship, including communication and issuance of acceptance letters, sending necessary documents to both the student and the organization, and facilitating visa acquisition. This comprehensive support ensures that both parties are well-prepared and informed about the internship.
Logistical Support
The organization provides logistical support such as arranging for student accommodation, flights, airport pick-up, and an orientation program. The orientation includes important information about culture, safety, security, and other essential local knowledge.
Monitoring of Internship
KIN monitors the internship throughout its duration to ensure everything goes according to plan. They also facilitate the closure of the internship, which includes keeping log sheets and reports, receiving feedback from interns, and arranging non-risky leisure activities. At the end of the internship, both the host organization and the intern are expected to provide a report detailing their experiences and the benefits gained.
